Blueberry Bliss Smoothie
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries (I like wild blueberries best)
- 2 scoops Ultra Lean vanilla whey protein powder
- 3/4 cup coconut milk beverage
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds (omega-3 and fiber)
- 1 Tablespoon MCT Oil
- 4 drops plain liquid stevia (optional)
- Add all ingredients to the blender, and blend thoroughly until consistency is creamy. Can add ice if desired.
