Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries (I like wild blueberries best)
  • 2 scoops Ultra Lean vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk beverage
  • 1 Tablespoon flax seeds (omega-3 and fiber)
  • 1 Tablespoon MCT Oil
  • 4 drops plain liquid stevia (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, and blend thoroughly until consistency is creamy.  Can add ice if desired.
  2. Enjoy!
